"This establishment is an excellent choice for a stop while traveling from Old Forge or other northern locations. The culinary offerings are of exceptional quality. The dining environment is meticulously maintained. The restrooms are kept in a clean condition. The service provided is of the highest standard. In addition, patrons can enjoy activities such as playing pool, having a beer or a drink at the bar, playing darts, and utilizing video games. The staff and clientele are welcoming, making this a highly recommended destination.."

"The place itself is well maintained; including the bathrooms which were clean! The only cleaning issue was we sat at a high top table by the bar; the table had a wood top which needs some degreaser or a new coating to make it easy to clean. The table top was super sticky. My son spilled his drink after it stuck to the table, but we joked that in a bar that's probably how the table got that way! No biggie, just an observation. The service was very friendly but super slow. Not there fault though; two girls running the bar and tables is tough. We were patient and plus there are lots of fun things to look at or play inside: darts, pool, claw machines. The food was good. I like the attention to detail (grilling the buns). The fries are super crispy and so were the boneless wings. One note though about fried food and the red/white papers in the serving dishes, the grease leeches the color from the red squares in particular and that red dye gets on the food. I suggest getting plain ones next time so as not to add dyes to things. It happened to some of our good here, and we've seen it at other places that use these too."

"We decided to take a trip to Kratzys after a fellow foodie friend shared a post about her experience there. The bar is a cute little hometown bar. We arrived around noon and it was pretty quiet. The menu consists of burgers, wraps, salads, wings, etc. They also had specials. We both ordered specials. My bride ordered a Philly Pierogi special and I ordered a Brisket sandwich with garlic Parmesan fries. I'm often hesitant to order brisket as I don't like dry brisket. This was absolutely delicious! My bride was also very happy with her pierogi. What a nice place. By the time we were getting ready to leave, there was about 20 or more people eating lunch. Many of them were senior citizens, which often says a lot about an establishment that appears to be a bar. They were there for the food. We are happy that we found a new spot."

"This was our first time here and we will definitely be back. The food and the service were excellent. We ate in the bar area which was very cool. Michelle was the bartender and our server and she was very personable and friendly. My husband had the Rodeo Burger and said it was one of the best burgers he's ever had!"

"We decided to try out Kratzy's after passing by many times while on our way to the mountains for camping. We were immediately greeted warmly by the manager, Michelle, and her service was very efficient and friendly. Food was very good, atmosphere was warm with good vibes. Will definitely be back soon."
